I'm such a proud Czech!...... sometimes:(

I saw the video from Chile a few days ago - I think everyone knows what I mean. Yes! Our "amazing" czech president Václav Klaus and his famous pen. First time I watched that, I didn't know if I should laugh or get angry... Only thing I was able to do, was just sit and goggle at my computer. I couldn't believe my eyes. I thought, it's only a bad joke - but unfortunately it wasn't.
Until now I had been such a proud Czech. Czech history is very rich and interesting. The Czech Republic has a lot of important personalities. Since the oldest times... For example st. Wenceslas (sv. Václav) , Charles IV. (Holy Roman Emperor), John Amos Comenius, John Hus, Bedřich Smetana, Antonín Dvořák, Karel Čapek, Josef Čapek, Alfons Mucha, Vlastimil Burian..... and I can add more and more names. I have always been proud of them. But if I see our czech politicians (not only our representative president, whose opinions are really popular, but also other politicians...) - my national pride gets lower and lower.
More than 2 000 000 people watched this famous video in only few days... The Czech Republic has never had such a great reputation! Thanks to our amazing president...
Everyone knows about czech crisis and also endeavours to get out of state debt. Our government tries so much! Sometimes I feel like I couldn't metaphorically breath. All the expenses get higher and higher. Our politicians promise and promise but I feel like there would be some Black Hole, where disappear all the money. And everything gets more and more expensive.... And the time, when we can't pay all of this, is not unfortunately very close, I think. I have never had such a misery - there have always been some things I couldn't afford, but still I could live kind of a normal quiet life. But I don't feel so certain anymore. My grandmother said: "Money aren't the most important thing, but it's good to have them." And I think the same. I know, that there are more important things than money (such as family and friends), but it's also good to have some money.
So I can't give credit to our government. No more. I love The Czech Republic, but sometimes I can't breath there....
